Our Story

Pippin Beginnings…

Since the late Middle Ages, English speakers have experimented with the use of the word pippin, which germinated from the Anglo-French word pepin, meaning “seed” or “pip of a fruit.”

We strive from every seed to create juice that is diverting waste from landfill and creating a product that can be enjoyed preferably on a mountain or lakeside.

We plan to plant more seeds utilizing agriculture technologies along a mountain slope that previously was unfarmable land. In the future, we hope to invite you to our mountainside orchard and permaculture garden. The views are no doubt the best in the Creston Valley.

Our goal is to foster a climate resilient landscape populated with local plants and thriving fruit production that bodes to the long term enjoyment of the land and its products for the entire Kootenay community and beyond.
